Data and software
Sopres uses reference files (data) and software to verify and correct identification information. Street names, for instance, are verified and corrected by using Sopres´ street database. To find movers, we use our self-built mover database with the name of Muta-Plus. Checking and splitting first and last names are based on exhaustive lists. The residence database indicating for each address whether this is a house or an apartment enables accurate family identification.

Customised Solutions
Customer databases are never identical. Systems and software platforms are different resulting in databases with different contents, structures, total number and sizes of the storage fields. Sopres accounts for these differences when processing your databases. So will the ‘Address-Check’ verifying your street names and postal codes/cities combinations account for the length and structure provided in your database for these fields.
